Rufus is maybe a bit too over-enthusiastic with his affections so it’s only FAIR that we warn you in advance!

Rufus was made as one giant moulded chocolate biscuit cake, covered in dark chocolate and painted with cocoa butter and edible pigments.

The Chocolate Biscuit Coelacanth Cake....in motion

The Coelacanth Fish Cake...or should that be Cake Fish!? The Coelacanth has no real commercial value as a food fish due to it's foul taste. However it's an extremely rare fish who's relatively recent discovery and acknowledgement as a 'living fossil' has made scientists question previous theories of evolution. This Coelacanth is equally as rare but unlike it's namesake it tastes delicious.
