The Coelacanth Fish Cake...or should that be Cake Fish!? The Coelacanth has no real commercial value as a food fish due to it's foul taste. However it's an extremely rare fish who's relatively recent discovery and acknowledgement as a 'living fossil' has made scientists question previous theories of evolution. This Coelacanth is equally as rare but unlike it's namesake it tastes delicious.
